Most of this is ambient light, but I do have a flash on top of the camera bouncing off the ceiling giving a little more fill so I could get a faster shutter speed. The flash has a CTO gel on it. I bought the frame from Walmart a week ago for this picture since I've wanted to do this pic for a while.
