When I was researching RadioPoppers, I couldn't find much information on whether or not it was possible to hook up two Canon Speedlites to one RadioPopper JrX receiver. I have 4 speedlites total, two 580ex II's, and two 430ex II's. I bought a JrX Studio Kit (transmitter AND receiver), and a JrX studio receiver. I also bought 4 RPCubes.

When on location, I usually use 2 flashes (a 580 and a 430) for each umbrella. I also have a couple 15' 3.5mm audio cable, in case I wanted to separate the flashes.
